Step 2

We will also advertise in the local papers and your property will be displayed in the High Street Offices of all The Independent Mortgage People shops. The Independent Mortgage People will also operate a Free Property Portal for any interested purchaser to view Properties on www.ahome2view.com at their offices. Step 3 (Optional)

Once you have found a buyer, for an additional fee of £350 (paid on completion) we can take care of all the administration and progressing of your sale to completion. This includes the issue of Sales Memorandums, instructing solicitors and dealing with all the parties involved to ensure a hassle free, smooth sale.
